BACKGROUND
Kyabolokya is located in Bwera a place situated in Bukonzo, Kasese district in Western Uganda with an estimated population of 12 500. The standards of living in Kyabolokya are low with about 50% of people not able to eat three meals a day but can only afford to have one meal a day due to lack of resources.
Change for the better is an aid organization that targets all age groups in the village Kyabolokya located in Kasese district in Western Uganda. The vision is to expand and grow globally. The purpose of this organization is to reduce the level of poverty in the village and enlighten them by offering free education on how to develop the areas individuals are gifted in, whether it be agriculture, business, tailoring, beauty and other areas. This opportunity gives the people a chance to realize their dreams, visions and get a fresh new start in life. The educational opportunity is also a way to prevent not only extreme poverty but also reduce high rate of crime and teenage pregnancies.

FOCUS
Our focus is to empower disadvantaged individuals in the community by offering them access to resources, education, financial support and training facilities. By improving their living standards and enhancing their income opportunities, the organization seeks to uplift communities in the whole country Uganda and create sustainable change.
